About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
• Plan and manage content marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels
• Collaborate with product and design teams on go-to-market launches
• Build and nurture partnerships with industry influencers and media
• Develop email marketing workflows and nurture sequences
• Report on KPIs and present insights to leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience in tech or SaaS
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing HR tech or marketplace products
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Experience with influencer and community marketing
• Video production or podcast experience
• Experience in startup environments
