Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack features from concept to production
• Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React and Next.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Write and maintain database schemas, migrations, and queries
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
• Optimize application performance across the stack
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on feature delivery
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with version control (Git) and code review workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Open source contributions
• Experience in startup environments
